The OP could get in big trouble with her employer for messing with toxic waste and for compromising the dignity of the patients by misusing their poop in her little scheme. 2. The OP could get in big trouble with law enforcement if “EBay Whore” decided to forward the photos of the pooped purse along to the police (especially since she has no way to know that the OP has lined the purse–and for that matter, did she line it adequately that not even one poop molecule made it through?) I don’t understand why the question of whether the person “still want[ed]” the item they bought and paid for would even come up. Even if the explicit terms of sale were that it would be shipped X day, do people \*typically \*decide on Ebay they \*\*don’t \*\*want an item if it is not shipped as of X day? That you’d ever go on to declare (paraphrasing) “gee, she \*still \*hasn’t said she wants it” is disingenuous at best. Answer should’ve been: “I’m sorry, no; it didn’t ship out X date and the ‘shipped’ designation was an error. Will process it out today.” Done, no? ---

Maybe. OP’s assumption should be that the buyer still wants the item until the buyer tells her specifically that she no longer wants it. ---
