My high school paper had several examples of headlines that had slipped passed editors. A few that stick in my mind are: 12 FOOT TOILET PYTHON “UNEXPECTED”. OAKLAND HILLS FIRE POSSIBLY DELIBERATE, ACCIDENTAL. MISREAD BUDGET KILLS DYSLEXIA CLASSES. ---
