# Inauguration question.

That’s not completely true. There are situations where the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction.

So if we could get the Canadian Ambassador to say he’s unable to present his credentials because there’s no President to give his letter of credence to, then the Supreme Court could step in and issue a ruling.
