We do have some more data. **Nanook** “killed” either **peeker** or **NormalPhase** during Night 1, and tried to “kill” **Freudian Slit** during Night 2. **ColdPhoenix** “killed” **NormalPhase** during Night 1, **TexCat** on Night 2 and **Mahaloth** the third Night. ---

Also, I wonder if it wasn’t so much a “pseudo-lynch” as “everyone is protected, so you need to double up on kills to actually night-kill”. If so, this game is still at least SEMI-interesting. **vote Zsofia** ---

But (unless **BillMC** drops in and adds to it), my working hypothesis has still not been refuted. 1. **Gryff** , **Freudian Slit** and **TexCat** received at least 2 votes during the Nights they were killed 2. \*\*Peekercpa \*\*likely received multiple votes (we can’t know for sure, \*\*Nanook \*\*never told us who he “voted for” during the first Night) 3. Without exception single “votees” didn’t get Night-lynched (based on available data) Further action (unless **BillMC** refutes any of these points): 1. ToDay we lynch… whomever 2. For ToNight we agree to “kill” on a pre-defined agenda to avoid having two votes on anyone. For instance, I would vote for **Zsofia** , she would vote for **Zeriel** and he would vote for me … and we wait to see what happens… ---

Perfectly valid hypothesis. But we don’t have enough data to prove it. And, since it’s a bit more complex than my (and Zeriel’s) hypothesis, I prefer to use one of those as a start. Anyhow, all three hypothesis would yield the same result if used toNight: no Night Kills. ---

And, if you’re right, scum can’t actually win anymore, can they? Finally: Your N1 “kill” invalidates my hypothesis anyhow (at least two of us voted for **Mahaloth** ).
