Well, I suppose if someone pops up Tomorrow and says something like, “Hey guys, I tried to kill Normal Phase and she turned me into a newt! (I got better)”, then I should definitely worry about dishonest PMs. (Sorry, too much Monty Python exposure lately.) I think the role-changing thing that was also mentioned could be an interesting possibility, but I can’t even begin to guess how they might implement it. ---

Yeah, I was mainly trying to figure out what we could be 100% Gasterd’s-Honor sure of, which comes down to: 1 - No Scum Power Roles and 2 - No third party roles besides SKs (so no bombers or jesters or other things I personally haven’t heard of because I don’t know all that much). I thought at first we could 100% rely on Cop investigations, and I still think those are likely, but I can’t 100% discount the possibility of dishonest role PMs, which means there might be hidden failure rates or other similar problems. Anyway, I’m not sure what any of that means for strategy. ---

I’m trying to think of the most gasterdly thing I can think of. What about totally hidden factions that we know nothing about? I just keep thinking that since others have pointed out that there may be other roles, why not an entirely new faction that’s neither town nor scum? Also, an invisible green alien that only certain roles can see. 😃 ---

All this speculation about what’s gastard should be giving NAF excellent notes about roles to put in the next Gastard Arena game. Aliens, Newts, Ghosts, Multiple Scum Teams (wait, you already did that in the first one, although we were multiple teams of one, and I had it pretty much figured out by Day 2 but in my relative mafia inexperience at the time was too afraid to mention it to the rest of the scum, a mistake I would not make again, but I digress), a can of worms (open, of course), BillMCs… ---

yaknow what if all this stuff we are coming up with ends up being the gasterd rules. kind of like ghostbusters when the sta puft marshmallow dude was conjured up by ackroyd. ---

Geez, that makes me feel pressured into voting… In regards to the Gasterd elements of this game, it is hard to speculate on what they are until something really weird happens. I’m waiting for a player who only posts in riddles or a lynch where the vote results are inverted or something, but until then I’m reluctant to guess. Then again, I have never played or watched a Gasterd Mafia game before, so my guesses would probably be wildly off anyway. In short, I got nothing.
