Have you heard? According to the BBC news located at this site: [http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4252999.stm](http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4252999.stm), an Australian company has developed a spray that can increase the libido in females. Although developed for post menopausal women, it has been shown to be effective in younger women who have a low sex drive. It will be interesting to see the effects that this might have in the future if it is used by numerous women…What do you imagine those effects might be? ---

it is testosterone and the effect takes some time (months) so it will be of no use in a night club 🙂 ---

Yep, topical testosterone. They just did a medical piece concerning this on our local news last night (speaking of topical). Currently there are 3 methods undergoing testing: a patch, a spray and a gel. None have received FDA approval for use in the United States. IIRC, the patch was the closest to approval, but the FDA required more testing for side affects. The woman interviewed for the news piece was using the gel product as part of a clinical trial. Both she and her husband were well pleased with the results. Hijack: The most memorable quote from the story was when the “gel woman” said “If I live to be 90, and my family is long-lived, I want too still want sex.” Ewwwww! ---
