For someone who prides himself on being more self-aware than everyone else, you routinely demonstrate that you are severely lacking in this department. It’s like your ass is hanging out of your pants and you don’t care enough to fix it. ---

We’re applying exactly the same reasoning to you. If you don’t want to be shamed for being a smug, sanctimonious asshole, then stop acting like one. Apply some of those awesome self-improvement skills to your repulsive, bigoted personality. I think a clean house is something to brag about. I can barely keep up with my three gremlins running around dropping crumbs for the ants to eat, and leaving lego shrapnel everywhere for me to step on, twist my ankle, and fall to my death down the stairs. ---

It seems that Incubus has improved his lot in life in many ways - income level, home, family, whatever - but he missed the most essential things. Humbleness, kindness and compassion. You can be a millionaire with your own airplane, but if you lack the ability to live your life wholeheartedly, with kindness and compassion, you really are very poor. I’d much rather spend my time with someone who is poor, fat and lazy who is kind and humble than some middle class guy with a good looking wife and a clean home who brags about all that he has, and spends his time finding fault in every other human being around him. So while you may have ‘grown above’ everyone around you, you really haven’t on the inside. It’s all superficial. Which is sad. ---
