# Independent food testing labs for caffeine

Can anybody help me out with finding a lab where I can send beverage samples to test their caffeine content? I’m trying to identify the caffeine concentration of some cold brewed coffees/teas I’m making.

Things that will not help me:

1. Links to caffeine content tables on the internet. They’re unreliable and they don’t list the specific beverages I want to test.
2. Suggestions to google ‘food labs’. The results are overwhelmingly dominated by microbiology/contamination labs. If your google-fu is better, by all means share, but know I’ve already tried this.

I know the toxicology lab at UF has done something similar in the past, but on a much larger scale.
