> **[Indy reticent about fourth film](https://www.theguardian.com/film/2002/jun/21/news)** > > Harrison Ford chary of talking about next Indiana Jones movie, in contrast to Lucas and Spielberg "It is also rumoured that Ford’s real life girlfriend, Calista Flockhart, is to play the love interest in the film after Ford insisted that this should be the case. " Plot synopsis - 63-year-old Indy is forced to find the strength to pull his ass out of his La-Z-Boy to try and stop an evil cult of bulimics from taking over the world. ---

Flockhart makes me gag just looking at her. She seems creepy enough to be in horror movies scaring campers by looking at them. ---

I hope they let Harrison Ford wear that post-midlife-crisis earring he always has in publicity shots. Really classy. Sometimes I’d swear that he and George Lucas are both deliberately trying to kill that wide-eyed 10 year old boy who wanted nothing more than to grow up and be Han Solo. ---

I think they missed their window of opportunity. The odds are against it being good, especially if they let Lucas near the script. [ducks] ---

Everytime I hear something new about this movie, it makes me want to retch. Past rumors involve Leonardo DiCaprio being involved somehow, and Natalie Portman playing Indy’s daughter as he fights the Commies. Okay, the fighting the Commies doesn’t bother me so much, but WHY oh WHY include these two horrbile actors in such a wonderful franchise? Oh, wait, I keep forgetting. This movie’s going to suck. ---

Harrison’s still sexy as hell, boys and girls, so at least the eye candy aspect of the franchise will be upheld. I hope he pouts. I like it when he pouts. Makes me want to rumple his hair. ---
