Can’t you put a little milk in a small thermos, or wouldn’t that work?

I’d rather be able to stock up - I want to avoid schlepping stuff back and forth if at all possible. Even with lunches (and so far, thankfully nobody has snagged anything from my lunch, but others have mentioned that it can be an issue), I try to bring in a couple of days’ worth at once because I am horribly lazy about packing lunches.

Welcome (possibly) to the wide world of, “Why did I buy twelve portions of really good creme brulee?” that is Costco membership.

I think the creamers at my Costco are kept in the refrigerated dairy section, but i’m not sure if it’s just so people can find them or not. Certainly the packets sit out on diner tables with no apparent harm.

Thanks - I may take up either you or **Random** on that one of these days. The one closest to me is on Clybourn, but I’m in your neck of the woods fairly often (you live a bit further north - Rogers Park-ish, IIRC?).
Hey, there’s one on Clybourn? I did not know that. Might be more convenient with my other shopping…I don’t suppose they have a decent parking lot?

Yeah, I’m in Rogers Park. No, West Ridge, no, Rogers Park! Well, it’s hard to sort out, but technically West Ridge but no one calls it that, due to those darn Park District wars 80 years ago.
I’d also like to point out that you don’t need a Costco membership to buy alcohol there… You should (theoretically) be able to walk in and tell them you’re just buying alcohol and they should step aside. It’s some legal requirement…
The same goes for cigarettes and use of the pharmacy.

Yeah, the [one on Clybourn](http://www.costco.com/Warehouse/LocationTemplate.aspx?Warehouse=380) ought to be a bit closer, and they have a HUGE parking lot. It’s the only one I’ve set foot in, but like I said, it was years ago, I was with someone else, and we just dashed in and out.
