Dude, not to be too sarcastic, but “a cloned half which does the exact same functions” answers the question right there.

The fact that the cells wouldn’t REALLY do exactly the same thing is beside the point if you state that you’re asking what would happen if they did.

Are you in high school? I know that might sound insulting, but, ummmmm, are you?
