ineedthethruth has initiated a total of seven threads during his year and a half as a registered user here. #1 - [Root canal](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=683540) #2 - [Growth concerns](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=700024) #3 - [Testosterone supplements impact on voice](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=705138) #4 - [Root canals part deux](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=682627) #5 - [Kissed by a girl with cold sores](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=727240) #6 -[Anal rape mystery](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=730918) #7 - [Stranger danger and being cut](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=731436) He initiates most of these threads with serious health concerns about the situation that he has been put in. There are normally several admonitions by responders to the thread, for him to go see a doctor. These recommendations are normally dismissed as he has already diagnosed himself, and wants validation from others of his own self diagnosis. So some respondents fulfill his wish and validate his self diagnosis with numerous eye-rolls. Which in order to continue the thread, ineedthetruth will begin to play the counter argument that maybe he is wrong, and will someone please just tell him what to do. Two of these threads have been closed by mods based upon the exhaustiveness of the responses. So dear boy are you just being a bit cheeky with us? ---

Those are all real concerns and I think if you read each thread you will see that. Some people might say I am paranoid and maybe its a true a little. But every post has a legit reason behind it. I did research on all of it and yes some of it may seem unlikely. But each situation is a real concern. ---

I mean I had a deep pain…a weird pain that I don’t think I have experienced before. I have experienced pain in that area after drinking before but not as deep and constant as that. It was not unbearable or anything…just an annoyance. I could still walk and sit fine. I doubt I was raped but I guess I will never know for sure. I mean surely I would have woken up during anal rape and remember it. ---

Come to think of it, I can solve all of **INeedTheTruth** ’s problems. He’s worried that the possible anal rape, and a recent cut inflicted by a stranger may have exposed him to HIV. What he needs to do is find somebody who is HIV positive and take a pint or two of blood and drink it. Now, some may say that a transfusion is called for. But, he’s not a doctor and shouldn’t be messing around with needles. There, he’ll be HIV positive for sure and won’t need to worry anymore. ---
