You’re not my doctor, I’m not your qpatient etc. I quit smoking 4 years ago, after 40 years of Camel non-filters. I walk every day, and have now started riding a bike. Really enjoy it, but I get easily winded. Would using a inhaler be a good idea? ---

I think not a good idea unless prescribed by a physician. I believe there’s a risk of serious problems with overuse. ---

Yeah, I have a prescribed inhaler, but they check every year for possible damage to my liver and other organs. None yet, but it’s not a risk to take lightly. ---
