# Insanity--I just spent $82 for tickets to see Weird Al

I took my 11 year old daughter to see Al - and paid a lot more than that for 2 tickets. It was totally worth it. Enjoy! 🙂

DeathLlama and I just saw Weird Al a month or so ago at the Orange County Fair. GREAT show…anyone who has a dancing Darth Vader with back-up dancer storm troopers gets my vote (and my money).

He’s coming back out this way in October, and for good seats…heck YEAH we’d pay $82!

My family is going tomorrow! Al’s going to be at the Minnesota State Fair.

I find it strange to discover that Al is a free show at some fairs, since we have to pay $22 a piece, plus $9 admission to the fair (plus Ticketmaster charges, blah, blah, blah). Not that Al’s not worth the money…he certainly is. He puts on a very enjoyable concert. I’ve seen him once before, also at the MN State Fair, in 2000, and I would have seen him in 2004 if I would have been smart enough to call in sick to work.
