# Insect Trap for Plant Protection Program

I found an insect trap nailed to a tree in my yard that [looks like this except mine is bright green](http://www.fotosearch.com/print/AGE033/l54-382636/) I found this stock photo easily enough, but I can’t find out what it is about. Is this related to the great Cicada invasion (Brood XIX is currently terrorizing me.)?
