Oh, if we’re including military helicopters, then I’ll add Germany to my list. It was from and to the same army airfield (Fliegerhorst in Hanau). I would add Michigan to the other thread, now that I think of it. A trip on a Cessna from St. Clair County Airport to same. ---

If helicopters to rigs count then Trinidad and Tobago and Qatar so two more, although it is a bit of a stretch to say they are domestic flights. ---
