White shirt, white pants, white suspenders, black top hat, and one very large fake eyelash (or mascara/eyeliner). And maybe a cane if you’re feeling fancy. ---

I love A Clockwork Orange, but haven’t showed it to the kid just yet. 🙂 I showed him the thread last night and he’s thinking it over. If he thinks too long, I’m going to run with “movie theater floor” because I could put that together in zip flat. ---

Have him put on one of those clear plastic laundry bags like he would a pullover shirt. Now fill it full of colored balloons and tie it off at the waist. Poof, he’s a gumball machine. ---

I’m not sure where you could find either for cheap except maybe a costume shop. He’d also need the codpiece and black boots. He could dress all in pink and wear a chair on top of his head. He’s a wad of gum. ---

Most places sell green plastic ones for St. Patrick’s day that could be spray-painted black (recoloring costume parts to repurpose them is an old trick). Not sure if they carry them “out of season,” but large party-supply stores might. ---

Except we live in Florida and it’ll be 80-something degrees out. One year I dressed the kids as Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus and the poor little things almost had a heatstroke. I love the wad of gum idea, if I could find an appropriate chair… ---

Grab a few barbies from your local thrift shop and attach them all over a black t-shirt=chick magnet. or I guess you could also use rubber duckies. ---

Use a cardboard box and cut a hole in it so that it can fit over his head. Use markers to decorate it: a kissing booth. A funny one I saw had the different prices crossed out until it finally read, FREE!
