When I’m surfing the dope and then decide too watch TV it’s always a PITA to have to go to the slowly scrolling “what’s on” channel to see the shows coming up. [This is a page from](http://tvlistings.aol.com/listings/md/salisbury/comcast-standard?zipcode=21801) AOL that will give you your local listings and shows. The link is my cable provider to change it to yours click on the [Change Location/Provider](http://tvlistings.aol.com/listings/md/salisbury/comcast-standard?zipcode=21801&elicit=location) and enter your zip and service provider. Quite handy! ---

I like [tvguide.com](http://tvguide.com). Hover the cursor over the show name and it pops up a balloon with a capsule description of the show, usually with a detailed episode summary and principle cast. ---
