Gaaah, &^%ing hamsters. Let’s try this again. Still pending: You extend your arm to me. You greet me in a powerful, formal manner. You then proceed to deliver a monologue, describing the best chance you have to enter the business in a successful manner. You first attempt to seduce me, with the likelyhood that our congress will injure me in a serious manner. Then, when you discover that you have gained all the advantages I can bestow upon you, you leave me callously. One new one: During the past twelve months, my state was not dissimilar to that of a native of a particular geographic upthrusting. It was not possible for me to have attained any greater altitude, in a measurable way. My staus, during that time, was analogous to that of one who has retired from his trade, but it is fairly a certainty to postulate that the time has arrived for me to unleash a salvo. TeaRoses, unsolved puzzles haven’t stopped anyone, I’ve got lots. Yours was: THE SEX PISTOLS!!! “Anarchy”, or some such… As for your first one-I don’t listen to much radio, so while I know what the DSM-IV is…I’m at sea on this one. Brianjedi-those clues helped. At first I was confused and thought Jethro Tull’s “Locomotive Breath”?! But then realized it was Metallica’s “Motorbreath.” This time, Metallica beat out Tull! # Linkin Park’s “One Step Closer” “Gaze into my optical receptors-describe what you percieve there. Right on to **Dooku** , **Coldfire** , and **MrBoy1967** who figured out all of my clues. **Coldfire** , Afterimage is one of my personal favorites too. But then, I’d need a whole thread to discuss all of my favorite Rush songs. Ooooh, I’ll have to go search to see if someone’s ever started that thread before! 😛 Anyway, here’s a couple more. “It is not necessary to have achieved any minimal level of financial success or public recognition, nor to have attained a polymer wafer with an encoded magnetic strip, in order to be borne upon this modular conveyance which is propelled along great lengths of ferrous alloy.” “A masculine entity returns to a state of cognizance in the temporal period before the sun reaches its zenith, masticates using his calcium-based oral protuberances in order to achieve an intake of caloric sustenance, and proceeds to rotate.” To those who have reposted their unsolved puzzles–I’m thinking about them. Both my last two have yet to be guessed: \* A season that is characterized by falling leaves has arrived, and in my excitement at this seasonal change I will use my vocal chords to my upmost. It is time to re-enter the place in which knowledge and facts are told to us, and we are made aware of this by a shrill sounding alarm. I have new footwear, colored mainly blue. I shall climb the chain link and wire wall, with me my fact books, literature, and my writing implements. I am quite sure that we will have a relationship characterized with happy emotions and good actions. * * * The sun is arising, much earlier than what is considered normal for that celestial body. It appears to move in the normal fashion of that of the morning star in it’s beauty. I could not go to some sort of store or other selling venue to purchase myself some nocturnal rest. At the time in which the moon is out, apparently having the feeling of a painful muscle or other such things that would throb, I observe mechanical devices used to observe the earth and it’s surronding areas. I was not understood to the fullest, apparently with the above mentioned mechanical devices. I was a being born of pilfered parts. \* Both songs were recorded and published in the last three years. ---
