I’ve got MS Word and my business associate has WordPerfect. We must be able to send files with ALL formatting back and forth with zero hiccups.

I know that converting WordPerfect to Word is filled with peril, but what about the other way? If I manually make changes to her document, save them in Word format, does WordPerfect convert back any better, or fully better?

Anybody have any ideas for a solution (short of the obvious)? Thanks…

You can either open Word Perfect documents in Word or save Word documents as Word Perfect documents. Just choose the format when you open or save them.

Will saving as .rtf (Rich Text Format) preserve the formatting you need?
