I’ve just learned that there’s a dentist named **Han Soo Lho** working about a mile from my house. I wonder if he backs up his business data using Carbonite? In other news, I know a David Bowie, and have met a Bob Dillon (pronounced like “Dylan”) within the past gew months. ---

My friend went to high school with a girl named Britney Houston. My previous eye doctor’s name was Dr. Spector. I once went to a concert performed by jazz pianist Dick Hyman - he’s popped up in another SDMB thread about names (a thread about celebrities with fake-sounding names that are in fact their real names.) ---

I used to work with a David Hilbert. While we were both still working there, the department wanted to hire a guy called James Joyce (he got a better offer elsewhere, though). ---

When I called our IT support line, the guy in India who answered the phone said, in his unmistakable Indian accent, that his name was Benjamin Franklin. I am not making this up. ---

I know a Michael Jordan, an Alice Cooper, a Benjamin Franklin, and a Phil Spector. None of them are the famous people by that name, however. ---

I spoke to Mandela again today. He works front desk at a local hotel. Last year we were doing a tour which included a visit to Mike Hunts pottery, on the same tour we point out a dildo cactus. ---
