Saw a guy with a t-shirt that said, on the front, “You Are What You Eat.” I kind of had an inkling what it might say on the back, but it was still kind of surprising to see, in large caps - C U N T - on his back as he walked away. Looked so damn funny! And somehow I doubt anybody took it upon themselves to make fun of him or hassle him about it. ---

I still think that “Nuke Gay Baby Whales for Jesus” is the best t-shirt I have seen. Old, though. The favorite one I own says “Entropy isn’t what it used to be”. ---

I spotted one at work that amused me so much I asked the woman wearing it if I could take a picture of it. It was a circle of Whos (you know, [these guys](http://i.ytimg.com/vi/D7-a47XBEdM/mqdefault.jpg)), holding hands around [this](http://hypnoxymore.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tardis.jpg). As it’s a visual pun, I’d love to post the photo. But the woman was a stranger, and it doesn’t seem right to do so without her knowledge or permission. ---

About a year ago my daughter decided she wanted to see Star Wars. She was in 2nd grade at the time so it was about the time some of her classmates were starting to watch it. We watched the first one (Episode 4) and she loved it. I really thought she’d be bored out of her skull, but over the next month or so we watched the other 5. She was totally glued to the screen. Something would happen in one movie and she would know how it was related to the other ones. Someone could ask her about something and she could tell you exactly which episode it came from. I remember being impressed when I heard her go [GASP] during the “I am your father” scene, that’s when I knew she was really paying attention. I mean…she was like 7 or 8 at the time. Anyways, I got her [this shirt](http://shirt.woot.com/offers/family-breakfast). She just looked at it and said “huh…but he’s, I don’t get it…he’s not a good dad, he’s really bad” She won’t wear it, she loves jokes, but for some reason she just doesn’t ‘get’ that one. ---

We had a cute one here in Seattle several years ago. With great fanfare, the city opened a new streetcar line just south of Lake Union. They inamed this line the “South Lake Union Trolley”. It took all of about three nanoseconds before somebody was selling lots of T-shirts emblazoned with a picture of a trolley, and a caption just beneath saying, “I Rode the S.L.U.T” Very shortly afterwards we had a name change. ---
