When comparing national execution stats, national population stats should be used as well. I would be interested (seriously) to see the execution by race vs population by race stats for the last 3-4 years for all states, though.
I was remiss in not giving the racial makeup of GA, though, since I did give the racial breakdown of GA executions. As of 2015 the stats for GA are 60% white, 30% black, 9% Hispanic/Latino. Executions were 78% white, 22% black and 0 Hispanic.
If you want to get into the cities where the trial took place, that’s a bit beyond the time that I have to research.
