Oh god, yes. Cab to the train station + train to local city + train to Big City + train to airport + 10 hour flight + 3 hour layover + 2 hour flight = oh god kill me now. I’ll be trying to sweet-talk my way onto an earlier connection in Chicago, but it’s that horrible time of year when every flight is full and honestly I’m not sure I’ll be capable of coherent thought at that point.
This is not true. After arriving at the international terminal, you will have to leave the secure area to get to your domestic terminals. You will have to go back through security.
