Well sounds good. The link I turned up only showed 4 campuses. Wacky. We can keep going and if it Chavardz, is wrong we can sidetrack back. I am envisioning a non-christian religion that several of my friends practice that is one of the official religions of a country other than where it is thought to have started. I will post hints as needed. ---

Non christian religions: Islam Hinduism Buddhism Chinese folk New Asian Tribal Religions Judaism Sikhism Shamanists Spiritism Confucianism Baha’i Faith Jainism Shinto Wicca Zoroastrianism And I’m just talking about the major ones here. All of them are oficial in countries other than where they originated. Your friends could practice: any/all/none of these. We really need more clues… ---

It is not wiccan or druidism. Though it originated in Europe. Focus more on countries with multiple official religions and you will find it. In other words, the country gives it away. The country where it is official is not the originating country and not in Europe. Sorry for the delay, I was in bed and a bout of insomnia got me online to check. ---

Is it official in the European country it originated from as well as the non-European country you’re refering to? (I know your original wording of the question says **‘one of the official religions of a country _other_ than where it is thought to have started’** but does that mean it isn’t official in the place where it started?) Does my question even make sense? I am beyond tired.
