ETA: You will note that I’m not saying that that’s how it \*does \*work all over, I’m saying that’s how it \*should \*work for everyone, and how it does work at several companies I’ve dealt with - IT sets standards for \*which \*browsers and add-ons are acceptable, and people can install whichever one they like (systems usually comes with Edge pre-installed anyway, nowadays, and most people install Chrome themselves).
