Most of the time I use avant browser, but today I wanted to use IE. So I click on it and I get this message:

“Windows cannot access specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropiate permissions to access this item.”

I get the same thing by either clicking on the start menu shortcut or opening windows explorer and going to program files/internet explorer/iexplorer.exe

I can still view web pages by using the address bar in my documents or windows explorer.

I should have the appropiate permissions, I’m using XP home and I’ve got the administrator account.
