How do I get rid of those pesky pop-up ads for Casino gambling. I think that I found the file that generates the ads on my HD but I can’t seem to delete it. What am I doing wrong? Is there a freeware program that will rid me of these pests?

I second AdAware. If you don’t have it already, you need to get it. There’s too much spyware around not to. Run it regularly.

Since keeping the signature file up-to-date is essential, I recommend [Lavasoft RefUpdate](http://www.lavasoft.nu/software.html#rfu) to automatically update the signatures (if you are online at the time). Run this regularly as well.
