# Invisibility and old(er) age

I go swimming most weekdays at the local pool. I am definitely not invisible there. Despite being with **Mrs. FtG**.

Being in shape, etc., makes a _big_ difference.

Let yourself go, at any age, and people are less likely to notice you.
