A friend uploaded a short movie she took on her iPhone to Facebook, and apparently it will play for everyone but me. I am on Mac with Firefox, and all I get is audio and a black screen. Anyone have any idea what’s up?

Just a guess, do you have Adobe Flash Player installed?

Yup. I can see movies all over the web, this is the first one to do this.

You may need the Adobe Flash installed for Firefox.

Go here to see if you have it:

> **[Adobe - Download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC](https://get.adobe.com/reader/flashplayer/about/index.html)**
>
> Download free Adobe Acrobat Reader software for your Windows, Mac OS and Android devices to view, print, and comment on PDF documents.

and here on how to fix it if you do:

> **[Adobe Flash Player End of Life](https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html)**
>
> Adobe Flash Player End of Life general information

about half way down the page.
