# iPhone question from BlackBerry user

Correct. Actually, half correct. If the person is in your contact list, only their name will show, not their name and number. So it will say “Missed call from Joe Schmedlap,” not “Missed call from Joe Schmedlap, 555-123-4567.”

My wife just switched to the iPhone and misses this so thanks for the link amanset. Simple process so I’ll just re-type it here for other people’s reference:

Settings–\>General–\>Accessibility–\>LED flash for alerts switch
