Couple of days ago some entity dropped several items in my calendar, complete with alerts to annoy me. I also started receiving phone calls associated with these items/alerts. Further, they can’t be deleted. In all the years I’ve used iPhones I’ve never experienced anything like this. If anyone can provide insight/assistance I’d be most appreciative. ---

I’d like to post a screenshot of my calendar, but SD won’t allow it. The items are all “reminders” to renew a subscription to McAfee. I’ve never used any of their products. ---

You could have installed an app that had “rider” software. For example, if you want to download the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, McAfee comes with it unless you uncheck the box for it before beginning your download. You really have to be careful these days because a lot of companies will try to rope you into installing their stuff if they can get away with it. ---
