I kinda doubt it, given that Alibaba is a Chinese multinational e-commerce company that sells literally millions of items all over the world, whereas the Iranian Diba Parcham flag factory mentioned by the OP appears to market exclusively to Iranian demonstrators. ---

Well, to be specific, [the Iranian factory in question makes all sorts of flags for various ceremonial and religious displays](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/flag-burning-us-iran-israel-factory-trump-a9327811.html). According to this article, they manufacture about 1.5 million flags a year, of which about 6000, or about 0.4% of their total output, are the US, UK, and Israeli flags that get burned at Iranian pro-government rallies. ---
