Or, if you say that it does then you should agree that you should apologise to Bin Laden because initial estimates put the WTC dead at more than twice the number which was later found to be true.
But don’t forget that if disinformation and bullshit is repeated often enough, a lot of people will eventually believe it. What are the current figures for how many Americans believe that Iraq was behind 9/11?
december, I’m satisfied that the facts of this specific case, while not precisely presented with absolute clarity, do not support my initial understanding of the article…namely that only 25 artifacts are missing.
While I believe you have a perfectly valid “larger case,” in that people have a strong tendency to latch onto anything to criticize Bush and Company, we have enough of those threads already.
As such, I was mistaken, and I’d strongly prefer that this thread not get hijacked into another moronic shit-flinging match. Since there is already a Great Debate open on the topic, this thread is unnecessary and a waste of bandwidth.
