The latest thing with LCD TVs is 120 Hz refresh rate. You have to pay extra for it so is it worth it? I have a 60 Hz model now and I watch a lot of sports and don’t see any problems. I am looking at a 46 inch model if that matters, probably from Sony or Toshiba. ---

If you can’t tell the difference, don’t bother. I just bought a 120hz 46" set and I was convinced I could tell the difference(Sony). However, I could not tell the difference between 120hz and 240hz. You don’t say why you are buying a new one, but if your old (60hz) set is smaller, that might be why you don’t see a problem. Any problem gets bigger when the picture gets bigger. ---

My set that I will replace is 32 inches.
