Is 4-month-old unpasteurized saké safe to drink? Need answer fast!

Well, there are a couple of rather oriental looking dudes cutting the fish, and the server is some form of oriental [varies between male and female depending on which day we go , no idea what the birth sex of the person in question is and Im afraid to ask …:eek:]

They actually have a sake menu, so it isnt just one or 2 kinds of sake, and it is about 30 different ones, some are filtered, unfiltered, infused with flavoring … so we sort of randomly pick stuff out =)

“randomly picking stuff” sounds like me with a wine list that is more than just 10 items long:D
