You can buy Hill’s brand Absinthe in Canada at present, altough you may not want to. It’s quite nasty, from what I’ve heard.
Hills is bottled, and possibly made, in the UK.
I’ve tried the stuff in Brazil, so I suppose it’s legal there. They do some nice tropical variations with it. Fresh mint, pineapple, coconut milk. Being loaded on it is certainly not like the buzz from other alcohols. It makes my ears feel funny.
