# Is AIDS overexaggerated in Africa and Asia?

I’d say that will be a pretty definitive statistically valid sample.

a lot the China cases are from selling tainted blood/plasma. This practice is now stopped but has virtually infected everyone from certain locales. It’s a lot different from STD in a country where condoms are the birth control method.

Look at the AIDs level in Thailand, which very proactively promotes condom use and has a significant sex trade.

Sorry, it works for me.  
The link leads to a Times article about the fact that the king of lesotho is launching a policy of universal AIDS testing for everyone aged over 12 in the kingdom, which has a population of 2.2 million and has an estimated HIV/AIDS incidence of about 35%.
