# Is AMC no longer showing The Walking Dead in Black & White?

Tonight (March 21, 2013) The Walking Dead episode 201 was listed as being shown on AMC. Instead their schedule lists Freakshow and Immortality as being on instead. Does anyone know if they are no longer going to show the black and white episodes anymore?

I’m not sure, but I’m assuming you’ve been watching it. How is it? I mean, I didn’t really see the point of re-watching the series in b&w. I get the concept…the old zombie movies and such but…does it really make it more enjoyable?

I didn’t get the point either. Can’t you just turn the color on your set down if that’s how you want to watch?

Anyway, maybe they’re just waiting until a later time to start season 2 b/w? Are you sure you saw it listed and didn’t just assume?

Thanks for the replies, **AngelSoft** and **TBG**. Also, I apologize for not replying sooner.

I am embarrassed to say that we have not gotten a chance to watch an entire black and white episode yet. The SO has been super busy. I’ve watched bits and pieces and what I saw was pretty nifty.

There were several reports and AMC had made quite a fuss about it. Many sites had links to AMC’s schedule, now it goes elsewhere on the site.

I have all of season one on the DVR and I’m happy with that.
