# Is anybody else participating in the 3 day breast cancer event?

I’m referring to [The 3-Day](http://www.the3day.org), a 3 day 60-mile walk designed to fund raise for the Susan G Komen breast cancer foundation.  
I would really like to get involved, as it sounds like an awesome event. I’d participate in the Denver event in August.

I would likely be a team captain if I can get enough friends of mine in the Denver area to commit to participate with me.

Is anybody else considering involvement? Maybe we can do a Denver Straight Dope team!
