They are claims to what Mexico is either doing or not doing. So what verb do you thin was omitted? Unless one thinks that Trump actually believes that ALL, or even a majority of, Mexicans are rapists, then the interpretation you’re putting forth makes no sense. ---

Within the past hour, I got a robocall from the Trump campaign and let my answering machine pick it up (yes, I still have one; it’s attached to my landline). Anyway, one of the speakers said he was a “white nationalist”. :eek: Really. ---
