The U.K. maintains a list of “suspected” sex offenders, the pedophile variety at least. Pete Townshend’s on the list, thanks to his little fiasco this summer.
And for those Americans who think, “Oh, that could never happen here”…well, the state of Delaware earned some controversy when they started up a list of suspected criminals – not sex offenders, but for street crime and gang-related stuff. I don’t know if they still maintain the list or not.
But we’re getting a little GD here.
