What, no _Police Academy_s? “You should stop that, sir. You could go blind!” No _Scary Movie_s? “Very 70s!” But yeah, _Blazing Saddles_ is the funniest. _Robin Hood: Men in Tights_ had some great moments, too: Banquet guest: "How do we know you’re the _real_ Robin Hood? Robin Hood: “Because, unlike _some_ Robin Hoods, _I_ can speak with a British accent!” ---

Lotta greats here. Just popping in to put my vote in for **This is Spinal Tap**. I think the songs, with their near perfect skewering of heavy metal lyrics and music, are what put it on the top of the heap. “Nobody knows who they were, or what they were doing…” “Big bottom drive me out of my mind, How can I leave this behind?” ---

Ooops, I forgot the best line from _Stonehenge_: “Hundreds of years before the dawn of history …” Yep, we’re stretching back to the beginning of time, _hundreds_ of years before the dawn of history. Just the insignificance of mere centuries in that context. How about “Not long before man learned to write …” Cracked me up anyway, even if that joke was upstaged by midgets dwarfing the menhir. ---
