Erm…No! There was less theft related crimes in the 1920’s than there are in 2010 because there was a lot less to steal and deprive others of. Seems blatantly obvious to me.
If you think non-capitalist, non-consumerist countries have lower levels of theft you’re invited to visit Cuba. Not only is everyone stealing from the government all the time, everyone steals from everyone else.
