I don’t see what is so relevatory about all this… a regime change in Iraq has been on the Neo-Conservative wish list for quite some time, it’s not like it was a huge secret.

Raises another conspiracy theory. Did a neo-con carry out the anthrax mailout to further their cause? The timing was perfect - and it links in WMD, since aircraft are not WMD. Although admittedly the attempted link to a muslim sender (words used in letter) was flimsy.
