I would imagine that outsourcing programming or graphics design from Taiwan / Singapore / Malaysia to the Mainland is even easier than outsourcing it from America to India / Romania. People speak the same or similar language in both places, the culture is similar, and the salary levels are massively different. Well, so is this in practice a big issue there? Do they have pissed off programmers in Taiwan or Malaysia bitching about how the Mainland folks are taking their jobs?
