I see **Czarcasm** getting accused of junior moderating countless times, but I was wondering, since he _was_ a moderator, is he allowed to junior moderate, or “senior moderate” (as I like to call it)? As a side question for other senior moderators, what made you quit? Why did you give up the power of moderation? ---

That’s not a thing. **Czarcasm** is no longer a moderator, so he’s not allowed to represent himself as a moderator. Doesn’t matter if you’re a retired moderator of if you never were one- doing that is junior moderating. ---

I think the quality of the moderation here is great, and most moderators behave very professionally hand even take the time to explain why they took they action they did whenever someone complains about them in ATMB. I’ve heard that most boards aren’t like this, and moderators there usually abuse their power. In fact, excellent moderation is one of the reasons I stick around on this board. ---

No one is allowed to “junior mod” here. Why not just report the posts you think fall in that category, and if no action is taken, ask a mod why or start a thread in this forum about that particular post. ---

I think you’re misunderstanding the OP. He/she is not accusing **Czarcasm** of junior modding, just that he’s seen several others doing so. ---

Wouldn’t **Czarcasm** et. al. be considered _ **Moderators Emeritus** _ instead of Junior Mods? ---
