# Is fruit juice really "good for you"?

Good luck having ANYTHING survive the concentration process. OJ gets to bypass the pasteurization process when it gets concentrated because the combination vacuum/heat not only will destroy bacteria (and virutally every nutrient but sugar) but will also destroy the natural oils and essences of the orange that have to be added back in post-process. Squeeze equal numbers of lemons and limes  
mix 2 parts juice, 4 parts sugar, and 8 parts ice water
