As far as I can tell, Mrs. Clinton’s record as Secretary of State was just fine. She was competent and effective. I think she was a good choice for the position.
The question in the OP is disingenuous, though. She has a far broader record to run on than just that. She came this ->||<- close to being President even without being Secretary of State.
Hillary’s record as Sec of State is solid, IMO.
