I don’t see the hivemind. Sure we’re in agreement with many things, but at the end of it all there are people here who think the Big Bang Theory is good entertainment and I just barely manage to not projectile vomit on them. ---

You haven’t convinced me that there’s anything more nefarious or negative going on at the Dope than that its membership happens to be left-leaning (the horror!). You haven’t really even tried. Putting actual, real effort into arguing a point seems to be something you lost interest in long ago. Shouting “hive!” and “groupthink!” over and over, again and again, is not an actual argument. ---

And a substantial number of people on the northern side of the border have no problem with it. ---

It’s not groupthink or hive mentality. It’s just a large group of people who are observing the same reality. Pointing out that you say stupid things is like pointing out that gravity exists. We independently observed the same evidence (your posts/things falling down) and independently arrived at the same evidence-based conclusion (you’re an idiot/gravity is a thing). And then you post something like “I’m not gravity! You’re gravity!” which confirms that you’re not keeping up with what people are saying. ---
